Had a dinner tonight that would have made Dad proud. Started out with an appetizer board, and moved on to a great big romaine salad with lots of fruit, nuts and cheese...grilled beef filets and a Canadian lake trout filet (compliments of the only 2 Wisconsinites Phil knows....or will admit to knowing!) Happy Father's Day to all Dads....here and beyond!
