The brooder houses are setup, warm, and waiting for the babies - the milo is starting to pop-up in rows - and summer is now upon us. We took time to have another fish fry at the cabin (ya gotta eat, so it might as well be good, right?) Fried catfish and crappie - loaded broccoli/cauliflower au gratin, romaine salad, with a lazy trifle for dessert. M M Good!
